  • GST invoices and Input Tax Credit (ITC) will be provided if a valid GSTIN is shared at the time of payment.
  • Any statutory government fees (ROC, MCA, Trademark Registry, Tax departments, etc.) will be notified separately and must be paid by the Client in addition to our professional charges.

2. Acceptance of User Agreement

3. Responsible Use of Services

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once payment is made, services cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds will be considered only if RegistrationMART fails to deliver the agreed service.
  • Government fees, stamp duty, taxes, DSC/Token fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

  • Client data and documents will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except:
    • As required by law or regulatory authorities, or
    • With Client’s written consent, or
    • With trusted service partners solely for completing the requested service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City/State], India.

9. Termination of Services

  • RegistrationMART reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, access to our platform and services will cease immediately.
