- Provide a service credit/refund (as applicable).
What This Covers
- Errors in documentation or filing caused by our team.
- Delay in process caused solely due to our error (not government processing delays).
- Miscommunication or incorrect advice given in writing by our professionals.
Limitations
- Government fees, stamp duty, challans, or third-party costs are non-refundable.
- Registration rejections or delays caused due to client-side reasons (such as incomplete/incorrect documents, late submission, or client’s non-cooperation) are not covered under this guarantee.
- The guarantee applies only to services booked directly through RegistrationMART.in and paid in full.
