Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RegistrationMART.in, we are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality compliance, registration, and consultancy services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to address any concerns promptly and fairly.


1. Customer Satisfaction First

If you are not satisfied with our services, please write to us immediately at support@registrationmart.in with your order details. Our team will carefully review your case and work towards a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Rectification of service issues
  • Credit adjustment for future services
  • Partial or full refund (as per eligibility)

2. 30-Day Refund Window

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of payment.
  • Refunds are subject to review and approval by our accounts team.
  • A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value (or minimum ₹500, whichever is higher) will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
  • Once service delivery has substantially commenced (e.g., application filing, document preparation, government submission), refund eligibility may be reduced or denied.

3. Change of Service

If you wish to switch your purchased service to another offering:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
  • Any difference in service fees will be adjusted accordingly.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@registrationmart.in with your transaction details, order ID, and reason for refund.
  2. Our team will verify the request and guide you on any additional documents required.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days to the original mode of payment.

5. Scope & Limitations

  • Government Fees & Taxes: Any payments made towards government filing fees, stamp duty, challans, or statutory charges are non-refundable, as these are directly paid to government authorities.
  • Documentation Issues: Refunds will not be processed if delays or rejections occur due to incomplete, incorrect, or delayed submission of documents by the client.
  • External Delays: RegistrationMART is not responsible for delays, rejections, or failures caused by external systems (such as MCA, Income Tax Portal, Trademark Registry, FSSAI, or other government platforms).
  • Third-Party Services: Services rendered by independent associates or third-party platforms outside RegistrationMART’s control are not covered under this refund policy.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or technical system outages
  • War, terrorism, or other unforeseen emergencies

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we make every effort to deliver timely and accurate services, RegistrationMART.in does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as approval of trademark, company registration, or license) since final decisions rest with government authorities.
