Confidentiality Statement & Agreement

At RegistrationMART.in, we place the highest importance on the confidentiality of client information and data security. Protecting our clients’ trust is fundamental to our services.

Confidentiality Statement

  • We do not disclose any client information to third parties, except as required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.
  • We never use our clients’ brand names, logos, or identities for marketing or promotional purposes without prior written approval.
  • We do not share client names, documents, or data with other prospective clients for sales or marketing purposes.
  • We do not sell, trade, or rent our client database to any third party.

Confidentiality Agreement

It is understood and agreed that a client of RegistrationMART.in may share certain information that must remain strictly confidential. To safeguard such information, and to ensure compliance with applicable trade secret and intellectual property laws, the following terms shall apply:

  1. Definition of Confidential Information
    Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
    • Business plans, strategies, and models
    • Financial records, projections, and costs
    • Customer or client details
    • Technical data, inventions, drawings, and R&D
    • Trade secrets, know-how, and intellectual property
    • Any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by the client, whether marked as confidential or not.
  2. Use and Disclosure
    • RegistrationMART shall restrict disclosure of Confidential Information only to its directors, employees, consultants, or authorized representatives (“affiliates”) who have a need to know in order to deliver services.
    • RegistrationMART and its affiliates shall not disclose client information to any third party, unless:
      • Required by law or regulatory authority, or
      • Authorized in writing by the client.
  3. Exclusions
    This Agreement does not apply to information which:
    • Was already in RegistrationMART’s possession prior to disclosure;
    • Becomes public knowledge without breach of this Agreement;
    • Is lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction;
    • Is disclosed with the client’s consent;
    • Is independently developed by RegistrationMART without reference to the confidential information.
  4. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between RegistrationMART.in and its client regarding confidentiality. Any modification must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
  5. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  6. Responsibility
    Clients are responsible for ensuring that information they provide does not violate the rights of third parties. Any unauthorized activities leading to damages, losses, or liabilities will be the client’s sole responsibility.
